JP Parmley has extensive experience helping healthcare organizations manage the challenge of EMR initiatives and system migration, and he is a recognized authority on patient identification.
JP has served as US director of sales and marketing for a leading EMR software company as well as vice president of a progressive Midwest technology integration firm. He has been directly involved with healthcare technology initiatives including e-prescribing, electronic charting and charge capture.
As senior manager of healthcare marketing for Taylor Communications, JP is responsible for driving new technologies, products and services for the healthcare industry. He regularly consults with healthcare providers and organizations on EMR readiness, patient identification, as well as the application of technology in the hospital and ambulatory settings. He also lends his expertise at symposiums and webinars, including the Health IT News sponsored, “Building a Foundation for EMR:The Critical Role of Document Workflow.
JP has served as the vice chairperson and member of the board of trustees for Dayton’s Wellness Community and Wellness Connection. He holds a B.S. from Wright State University’s Department of Biomedical and Human Factors Engineering.
