Taylor Communications Finalizes Acquisition of Dialog Medical
DAYTON, Ohio, Jul 06, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Taylor Communications (NYSE: SR) announced today that it completed the transaction to acquire Dialog Medical, the leader in solutions for managing the patient informed consent process. Taylor Communications now has a 100 percent ownership interest in Dialog Medical, which will be operated as a wholly-owned subsidiary, reporting through Taylor Communications Healthcare, a business unit of Taylor Communications.
