Taylor Communications Company

Benefits

Healthcare
Healthcare is a personal choice. We recognize that everyone may not have the same healthcare needs, and with rising healthcare costs, you most likely do not want to pay for more coverage than you'll use. That's why our goal is to offer a number of different medical plan options at a cost that is reasonable for both you and the company – so you can choose which plan is right for you and your family.

We offer four different levels of coverage for medical, dental and vision benefits to ensure that you're paying only for the coverage you want …and need.

  • Associate only
  • Associate & child(ren)
  • Associate & spouse
  • Family

We offer a wide variety of PPO options, and in some areas, HMOs are also available.

Dental
Good dental care is an important part of any benefit program. Our dental plan covers a wide range of dental services for you and your family such as preventive care, fillings, dentures and orthodontia.

Vision
Besides helping you see better, routine eye exams can detect a number of serious health conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetes. Eye exams for kids can spot problems that can impact their learning and development. Nearly all of your vision needs... from eye exams... to glasses... to contacts... are covered through the Taylor Communication's vision plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Co-pays, prescription costs, and other personal expenses can add up. That’s why Taylor Communications offers two Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) that let you use pre-tax dollars to pay for certain health and dependent care expenses. The Health Care Reimbursement Account allows you to reimburse yourself for qualifying medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision expenses (such as deductibles and co-pays). The Dependent Care Reimbursement Account allows you to reimburse yourself for expenses relating to the care of eligible dependents.

Employee Assistance Program
Living in today’s complex world is challenging. As we strive to balance the demands of work and family with our own personal needs, there may be times when we feel our ability to cope is being stretched. When a personal problem makes life difficult, it affects all aspects of our lives—at home and at work.

For this reason, we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all associates and their immediate family members. The program is designed to help you resolve personal problems and provides confidential counseling from independent professionals via face-to-face or through a 24-hour phone service.

Life and Supplemental Life Insurance
Taylor Communications provides, at no cost, basic life insurance coverage equal to one times your pensionable earnings (up to $1,000,000). If you are interested in purchasing supplemental life insurance, you may choose from one to five times your pensionable earnings (up to a maximum of $1,000,000). Your supplemental coverage is portable, which means should you decide to leave Taylor Communications; you can take your supplemental policy with you. Supplemental life insurance for your spouse and child(ren) is also available.
